Before Your Visit

Schedule an OPD consultation online or by calling the helpline to avoid waiting periods.
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for token verification at the ground floor lobby.
List all ongoing medications, supplements, and known allergies to share with your physician.
If diagnostic blood tests are planned (such as lipid or glucose panels), confirm fasting instructions beforehand.

Registration & Token System

First-time patients register at the Main Reception counter with a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN).
A Unique Patient Identification (UHID) number will be assigned to store all your digital records securely.
Digital tokens indicate your queue position on OPD waiting lounge display screens.

Documents to Bring

Government-issued photo identification card.
Previous medical records, discharge summaries, lab reports, and X-ray/MRI films.
Health insurance e-card or policy document for TPA verification.
Doctor's referral letter or admission advice note (if applicable).

Billing & Financial Guidance

Itemized OPD and inpatient billing receipts are generated at official hospital billing desks.
Multiple payment options accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash.
Detailed cost estimates for planned surgeries or inpatient admissions are provided by the Admission Desk prior to procedure.

Insurance & TPA Desk

Our Insurance & TPA Helpdesk assists with cashless pre-authorization for impaneled health insurance providers.
Coverage eligibility, co-payments, and deductible terms are governed by your individual insurance policy.
Important Note: Partner TPA and insurer network list will be added after official hospital verification.

Visiting Hours & Guidelines

Morning Visiting Hours: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Evening Visiting Hours: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
To preserve patient rest and sterile safety, only 1 attendant pass and 1 visitor pass are issued per room.
Children under 12 years are restricted from inpatient floors to minimize infection exposure.

Discharge Process

Discharge advice is finalized during morning physician rounds.
The nursing and pharmacy desk prepares your Discharge Summary, prescription advice, and follow-up date.
Final billing clearance and insurance authorization usually take 2-4 hours from physician sign-off.
